Yeah, so The Man in My Basement takes one step closer every week, has been recommended to us a ton, and it seems to be a good reason. I've never read it before, but the story's reputation exceeds it. There are... Or succeeds it, whatever the word is. There are... a ton of other stories and like no sleep authors we've talked to who will reference this story or talk about like, oh, well, it's one of the best ones posted. No sleep. As a matter of fact, the author of this story, Marcus Cleaver, in 2024, adapted it into a novel called We Used to Live Here, which to my understanding, the rights to a film adaptation were bought by Netflix. And since Marcus has published another book, i saw a second ago the caretaker so uh this like kicked off uh seems very lucrative writing career for marcus between now having two books and a netflix deal um so like and like hunter said this got the scariest story of 2021 so it is a pretty big deal and i've wanted to read it for a while and it's a long one but i'm excited to start it today

I'm being cryptic. This current thing I'm writing was originally a book, but then I liked the format of like a screenplay better for it. But when's this episode going to come out? Is this coming out like next week or like a month from now? I don't know. Okay. Well, if it comes out, cut this, if it's like next week, but if it's like later July, August or whatever, um, I will say that I am currently working on a short film, uh, that may or may not have some interesting people attached.
