This week, we catch a huge wave... of crime, with a legend of the North Shore surf scene. He has had a lot to do with tournaments, and competitions, all around the islands, but he is best known for starting what could have definitely been called a gang, consisting of local surfers, using threats & physical force to keep the waves all to the locals. The group was also accused of being a crime ring, complete with drug trafficking, and the violence to back up those activities.
