Joseph Smith was sentenced to death for raping and murdering Carlie Brucia after kidnapping the 11-year-old girl from a Florida car wash in 2004. Florida's high court has overturned the death sentence and ordered a new sentencing trial for Smith. Nancy Grace is outraged and discusses the case with Marc Klaas, criminal lawyer Brian Claypool, lawyer and psychologist Dr. Brian Russell, and WFLA-TV reporter Meredyth Censullo. Two years have passed since Texas mom Missy Bevers was beaten to death inside a church by a killer dressed in makeshift SWAT gear. Midlothian, Texas, police have no suspect despite security camera video of the killer at the crime scene. Grace updates the probe with radio host David Mack and Crime Stories co-host Alan Duke.
