Fotis Dulos' former attorney may testify against the accused killer's former mistress. Michelle Troconis and former attorney Ken Mawhinney are co-defendants in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos. Troconis, who was Fotis Dulos’ live-in girlfriend when Jennifer disappeared in May 2019, pleaded not guilty to the charges against her. Mawhinney, who appeared virtually in court on Tuesday, is facing a conspiracy charge.
