Tex McIver claims a fatal bullet in his wife’s back was an accident, but prosecutors charge the Atlanta lawyer with intentionally shooting Diane McIver. The attorney is also accused of asking witnesses to lie to police. His spokesman told reporters the gun was in his lap because he feared being attacked by “Black Lives Matter” demonstrators while driving in midtown Atlanta and he pulled the trigger while napping.
