Eighteen students face charges, including involuntary manslaughter, in the death of Timothy Piazza, a 19-year-old who died after alcohol-fueled fraternity hazing at Penn State University. One frat pledge says he warned others that Piazza needed medical help, but they waited a dozen hours before calling 911.
