Mom charged with delaying son's medical care after suspicious injury; 10-year-old victim of 'bullycide'

A North Carolina woman alleged was so negligent in getting medical care for her son that he died. Deysi Yhuriko Martinez is jailed on a felony child neglect charge as prosecutors consider charges against another person relating to the injuries that went untreated.
