After 18-year-old Brittany Phillips was raped and strangled to death in her Tulsa, Oklahoma, apartment in 2004, her mother waited for answers. But Dr. Maggie Zingman is no longer waiting. The mom is driving around the United States in a hard-to-miss vehicle wrapped with her daughter's photo and details about her murder, raising awareness to the case in the hope someone who knows something will come forward.
