Parents Dismembered After Son's Web of Lies

Bart Halderson, 50, and his wife Krista Halderson, 53, are reported missing after their son, 23-year-old Chandler Halderson, says they didn’t return from a planned weekend trip to their cabin in Langlade County. Investigators find human remains and a bloody tarp in a wooded area in a remote part of Dane County. An autopsy confirmed that father Bart Halderson died from homicidal violence including a firearm injury. Krista Halderson is found days later. Their bodies had been dismembered. Chandler Halderson is charged with murder.
