Officials announce that Quinton Tellis will not face trial for the murder of a ULM graduate. Tellis is accused of the fatal stabbing of Ming Chen Hsiao    Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Larry Jefferson dismissed the after learning  that the State of Mississippi wanted Tellis to serve a five-year prison sentence for other offenses. Tellis is also acused in the brutal death of Jessica Chamber who was strangled,and set on fire Jessica Chambers' mother sat through two grueling trials, hearing gruesome evidence of how her 19-year-old daughter was then taken to a hospital where nothing could be done to save her life. Both trials ended with hung juries despite what seemed to be overwhelming evidence against Quinton Tellis.
