Teen girl kidnapped by IT wiz, drugged daily & held captive. Where is Daphne Westbrook?

Daphne Westbrook, 17, has been missing for over a year. Police say she is being held against her will by her father, John Oliver Westbrook. Police also say that the teen is being drugged to keep her controlled. The Hamilton County District Attorney’s office says Daphne Westbrook is endangered both physically and mentally.
