So if you're mixing up with players from other teams or with guys who aren't familiar with each other, you can't really practice those things that you want your players to do at AFL level. So whether they're coming up or they're going back to keep working on their craft. So we've been fortunate. A number of the guys who are coming in have played a bit of AFL footy already. Bailey Williams is coming back in really experienced, but Busslinger and Cleary, for example, they've played a lot of footy. So they've been able to work on their craft back at VFL and have earned the call up.
