I was living in my speaking and communication comfort zone. Podcasts, videos, interviewing, giving talks with presentations, all with preparation and planning. However, speaking fully spontaneously and allowing myself to speak freely did not happen often. That is one of the reasons why I decided to start these lives to build my self-trust. That's when I decided nothing was stopping me.
