Network security consists of the policies, processes and practices adopted to prevent, detect and monitor unauthorized access, misuse, modification, or denial of a computer network and network-accessible resources.According to the 2023 Global State of Cybersecurity Study by Infoblox, the average organisation in Singapore experiences 54 security incidents per day.
