The cyclocross social podcast is back for the 2021-22 cyclocross season! In this episode Noah and Twan talk about the fourth race of the season: The Ethias Cross in Meulebeke! The mens race in Meulebeke was a different one compared to the weeks before. No Eli Iserbyt win to talk about this time, but a win for his Teammate Michael Vanthourenhout to discuss! Behind him Aerts fought out a major battle with Sweeck and Hermans for the remaining podium places. We express our opinions on that aswell as on the 5th place of Eli Iserbyt. Behind that there was a lot of exciting talent ending in the top 10 to talk about. The womens race was also very exciting. Belgian champion Sanne Cant started her season with a win, but she needed to fight hard for it. Fresh world champion U19 on the road Zoe Backstedt didnt make the life of Cant easy. They fought hard, but ultimately Zoe had to settle for second. Her teammate Schreiber ended third, which is also impressive.
