Cynthia and Josie both had big changes in their lives this week: Josie started a brand new job in radio ( Click Here)  and Cynthia went back to her old job in television (Click Here) in a new way. Of course, there were some tears. And with tears come a whole lot of feelings…   Why are we so afraid of showing vulnerability, especially in the workplace?
