But what if we chose to approach life from a place of faith instead? PAUSE (5 SEC)... Faith is the powerful force that allows us to trust in something greater than ourselves. It's the belief that everything is unfolding as it should, Even if we don't always understand why. When we breathe in faith, We are inviting this powerful force into our lives and choosing to trust in the universe's plan for us. PAUSE (10 SEC)... Fear is the opposite of faith. It's the voice in our heads that tells us we're not good enough, That we're going to fail, Or that something bad is going to happen. When we breathe in fear, We are giving power to these negative thoughts and allowing them to take over our lives. PAUSE (10 SEC)... But the beautiful thing is that we have the power to choose which voice we listen to. We can choose to breathe in faith and exhale fear. We can choose to trust in the universe's plan and have faith that everything is happening for our highest good. PAUSE (10 SEC)... And we can allow ourselves to let go of control and surrender to the flow of life. We trust that everything is working out for us, even if it doesn't always feel like it in the moment. PAUSE (20 SEC)... I breathe in faith, I exhale fear. PAUSE (10 SEC)… I breathe in faith, I exhale fear. PAUSE (10 SEC)… I breathe in faith, I exhale fear.
