PAUSE (5 secs)… Healing begins  when you bring yourself  love  and understanding.  PAUSE (5 secs)… Healing begins  when you allow your feelings to be heard,  to be seen.  PAUSE (5 secs)… Go in gently today.  Let waves of compassion wash away the fog  of regret  or guilt.
