Close your eyes and take a deep, Slow breath in through your nose, Filling your lungs completely. Exhale gently through your mouth, Releasing any tension or worries. Allow yourself to settle into the present moment, embracing the serenity that surrounds you. PAUSE (5 SEC)... As you breathe in the nourishing air around you, Take a moment to allow your heart to open and your soul to be still. Let us journey together on this gentle path of today’s affirmation, One that leads us to embrace our true selves and trust in our own unique abilities. PAUSE (10 SEC)...
