PAUSE (5 SEC)... In our world of constant noise and busyness, It can be easy to forget that the true source of peace is not found outside of us, But within us. We may seek it in external circumstances, But we will never find lasting peace until we learn to cultivate it from within. PAUSE (10 SEC)... Close your eyes and take a moment to connect with your inner self. Feel the rhythm of your breath and the beating of your heart. Allow any thoughts or emotions that arise to simply be, Without judgment or resistance. PAUSE (10 SEC)... As you settle into this moment of stillness, You may notice a sense of peace beginning to emerge. This peace is not dependent on anything outside of you; It is simply a reflection of the peace that resides within you. PAUSE (10 SEC)... Let this peace fill you up, From the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Let it infuse every cell of your being, Until you are completely immersed in its calming presence. PAUSE (20 SEC)...
