She believes that to address systemic issues in the world, we must tackle the inequities within organizational systems. Kimfer is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in a diverse background from marketing to organizational development. She is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Creativity and Innovation for MBA students and has her MBA in Executive Leadership.
