Term 2 is here - and while things may have settled a little after the break, let’s be honest… it never really slows down, does it? You might still be getting a few late enquiries or trial bookings trickling in. The students are back in class - hopefully refreshed after a well-earned break - and let’s be real, the break was probably just as important for you and your teaching team too.Depending on your calendar, you might be preparing for a mid-year performance, gearing up for exams, starting comp season, or knee-deep in costume orders already!And while we can’t slow the studio down entirely, we can get better at how we manage it. That’s what today’s episode is all about - how to stay on track with your goals, your plans, and your leadership even when everything around you feels urgent.
