Heidi Vierthaler, freelance choreographer and teacher of the Stream-Flow movement method, is joining Skånes Dansteater and host Samuel Denton. Heidi talks about reaching a point in her career where she both gets to develop her own work, work with other artists in multidisciplinary projects and teach. Heidi shares her thoughts on getting in tune with your body, section by section, and take yourself beyond the moments of frustration.
