I had the precious opportunity to speak with author Mark N Spencer about his book titled "Ocean of Self" https://oceanofself.com.au/. In the book, Mark draws parallels between his 40-year journey as an ocean diver and as a transcendental meditator. In doing so, he generously shares with his readers his knowledge about String theory, the Vedas, Maharishi Yogi and Manta Rays. We had so much to discuss the interview has a part 2.
