Dear Life with Christina Rasmussen

Ep. 113: Eric Hodgdon - A Conversation with a Dad About Losing His Daughter

06 Jul 2021

Description

I really got the sense that Eric cares so much about the people that he helps work through their grief journey. His daughter passed away several years ago and, since then, he has changed his life completely to be of service to all people who have lost their loved ones and are going through the pain of grief and tragic loss. He tries to help people see that living in survival mode is necessary, but must be temporary. We talked about Greece and how that culture handles grief so differently, survivor's guilt, signs from our loved ones, dreams, and so much more. He reminds us that part of our healing process is remembering that our loved ones aren't the only reasons that we're here living our lives. If you want to experience hope for better days ahead, I hope you listen in. I'd love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you.
