Ep. 130: Christina Rasmussen - Express Yourself

Inside of all of us there lives an identity, a personality that is always hidden. Only a small percentage of people are able to show up in the world exactly as they are because it can take a great deal of courage. So, today, let's try to express our true selves even if it's in a small way. Start with one choice to reveal a part of your hidden self. Maybe it's wearing a color that you love, painting a wall in a color no one else would normally choose, or in any other way that makes sense to you. I'd love to know what you think.
