Ep. 79: Christina Rasmussen - Grief During Elections

I'm solo again on the podcast this week because this moment in time, for our country and for the world is not something I could ignore. I've had some comments on my social media telling me to stay in my lane and just stick to talking about grief but I couldn't stay silent about this. This last week especially, but actually these last four years, have created so much divisiveness among neighbors, friends, and even within families. Many of you are feeling overwhelmed and sad and this is adding to the grief that so many are already facing after loss, the pandemic, and so much more. In this short episode, I share with you how I'm choosing to look at the divide between us and sharing some hope that yes, I think we can overcome this and find a way forward together.   "I do believe that we can find a way forward. I do believe that we can try to help people understand each other. We're still here sharing this journey on planet Earth, and we will get through this. Perhaps unplug from social media, spend more time in nature, get extra sleep. And of course, let's take care of each other as well. After all, we are all the collective crew on spaceship Earth.
