She offers healing sessions, mentorship, and workshops focusing on ancestral, womb, and earth medicine. She honors her Filipina heritage by learning about the traditional healing ways of her precolonial ancestors and holds an MFA in Poetry from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a mother of two children and along with her husband Mattias, loves parenting from the heart and fostering a deep connection to Mother Nature.
