The goal of this studio is to provide accessible yoga and healing to those often left out of wellness spaces (including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, the scheduled tribes of India, those suffering from chronic pain and illness, and those who are neurodivergent). Meesha combines the ancestral medicine that runs through them with the fire of freedom fighting activists to provide a holistic and progressive approach to yoga and wellness.
