In this episode, I have a former student who is in his 70s and has been married over 45 years.  Not only has he and his wife used some of these interventions themselves, he is also very well-versed in the research behind it.  He nor I am a doctor and this is not meant to be taken as medical advice, but it is worth asking your doctor about these possible solutions. He also talks about the important health choices their family has made to keep them healthy sexually and vibrant even in their latter years.
