Am Sonntag hatte ich die Ehre mit Emma Tall einen Podcast aufzunehmen. Emma ist kompetitive CrossFit Athletin und durfte letztes Jahr an den Games teilnehmen. Emma hat eine interessante Vergangenheit, denn sie war jahrelang Leistungsschwimmerin und startete, bevor sie mit dem CrossFit begann, im Bodybuilding. Emma is a former swimmer, bodybuilding athlete and now CrossFit athlete. Last year she competed at the CrossFit Games 2019. We talked about her experiences in swimming and bodybuilding- which made her the athlete she appears now in CrossFit.
