So we are dedicating this final episode to unpacking this feeling - to better understand why it hurts and what we can do to help ourselves.It may be the season finale but it's most definitely not a rejection, merely a time for reflection, and we look to the work of Alain de Botton to teach us about constructive pessimism and remind ourselves of Eckhart Tolle's wise words in "The Power of Now."
