What are the challenges of fake tanning when living alone?

Zoe Ball 0:00
Coming up on Dig It, before you leave the house, do some cat-cow position.
Shannon Maldonado 0:05
And some downward dogging.
Zoe Ball 0:06
That's always very good for moving wind. And then you can downward dogging. Sorry, I did not mean to say that. She won't say fart, ladies and gentlemen, but she'll say dogging. And I went straight to Waitrose and I got a rotisserie chicken. I was like, come on, sit down. I had a big pile of rocket and a big load of cottage cheese. But I literally was like a prehistoric woman.
And And one of the children said, oh, yes, Mrs. What are they called again? The things in the tank. And instead of saying chrysalis, I said clitoris by accident, obviously. All of that right after this.

How can you handle unexpected wind during Pilates classes?

Dig It is brought to you by Beaver Farm. Question for you, Jo. Do you ever wonder how you can keep a bottle of squash in a cupboard for months without it going off? It has crossed my mind. Well, this is the thing. So much squash is packed full of preservatives so that it can last for ages once opened. But Beaver Farm are kind of the opposite to that. Hang on a minute. Beaver Farm? Yeah. I always thought it was pronounced Belvoir, which is like the really posh squash that you see in supermarkets. So not Belvoir, but Beaver. Beaver Farm. Okay, right. This is news to me.

What unique birthday experiences can you try instead of the usual celebrations?

Zoe Ball 1:24
Yeah, Jo, it surprises a lot of people. But at Beaver Farm, they're completely obsessed with taste. So they make their drinks properly using real fruit juices, real flowers, and absolutely no artificial sweeteners, flavourings, or preservatives. Which does mean that once you open their cordials, they need to live in the fridge. so they can be enjoyed fresh. Yes, slightly less convenient, but so much more delicious. That's why you'll recognise all of the ingredients on the label rather than sounding like something engineered in a lab. Try Beaver Farm drinks yourself. Enjoy them fresh from the fridge, perfect for sunny afternoons, and they're available in all major supermarkets. At Beaver Farm, they never use anything artificial because the real thing just tastes better.

I founded Ornot in 2013. I think the best thing about Shopify is that we can practice business without technical skills. We can manage the company's background systems and front-end and sell online. If Shopify was a bicycle, it would be a bicycle itself. That way, things are handled and our business is handled in Shopify. Start a free trial at shopify.com.

Hi, Zoe. Hi, diggers. Welcome to another dig in. How are you doing, Zoe? I mean, I would love to know.

What funny mix-up happened involving a clitoris and a chrysalis?

Zoe Ball 3:18
You've come back from your juicy retreat and it looked amazing. It looked so utterly beautiful. Do you feel cleansed? Do you feel purged? And what was your big meal when you first came back? What did you want to eat? What were you desperate for? Oh, firstly, I had such a good time and shout out to all the gang that I met out there. I met some really amazing people from all different walks of life and made some really good friends, actually. So a big shout out to the whole crew who were at Juicy Escape. And well done to Jason. It's such an amazing place. I saw Callum Best is there this week, actually. And the mystery celebrity who was there last week that I didn't mention was Alicia Dixon. There was an amazing moment.

What advice can you offer for managing embarrassing moments in public?

Zoe Ball 3:59
I was watching pickleball, learning how to play pickleball. I thought, I recognize that laugh. And I looked over and there was Alicia. Her brother was there. There was a whole gang of them. They were on such good form. And there was a girl there who was so beautiful. I kept thinking, my God, this girl is so beautiful. And then when I left, I'd seen some posts and it was Louisa from X Factor. Louisa Johnson. Oh my God, she is so beautiful. Oh God, I don't know her. Yeah, she's got one of those figures, you know, when they did like tiny little waist and these beautiful... Oh, she just looked fabulous. There's a lot of those at the gym that I go to at the moment.
