Chapter 1: What is the significance of breathwork in healing?

Chapter 2: How does childhood trauma affect adult life?

54.247 - 56.509 Host

But it can also spin you around if you're not grounded.

0

56.649 - 57.49 Host

Yeah. How so? Yeah.

0

58.19 - 69.532 Host

There's just a lot of – people think it's this big spiritual community, but I don't really do anything in the community there anymore because when I first got there like three and a half years ago, it kind of spun me out.

0

69.752 - 70.072 Host

Really?

0

70.413 - 82.575 Host

There's a lot of people that have good intentions that want to be spiritual. They want to think they're healers. I don't want to call them out as just being fakes or frauds because they really intend to do good, but they really don't have the gift.

82.975 - 86.637 Host

I've heard of that, like the fake shamans and stuff charging you 10K for a ceremony.

87.077 - 91.239 Host

If somebody calls themselves a shaman, run away. That's a pretty good gauge.

91.539 - 92.56 Host

In the U.S., right?

93.04 - 95.301 Host

Anywhere. I only think there's about four shamans on the planet.

Chapter 3: What are the dangers of traditional therapy?

386.121 - 393.667 Host

It takes a lot of courage and I'd attribute me kind of getting out of that mindset to entrepreneurship. Just exposing me to people that just think differently.

0
0

394.347 - 402.974 Host

Because I was wrapped in the system. I was like going to college and going to church and all that. And entrepreneurship just exposes you to people that think differently.

0

403.686 - 406.187 Host

Yeah, so it's called thinking outside the box, right?

0

406.307 - 406.568 Host

Yeah.

406.788 - 424.717 Host

So if you think about that, there's no square edge on my body. Everything's round. Everything's fluid. Everything in the universe is wavelengths and round planets and stuff. But they put us in these things called boxes. And so when our energy goes to a corner, it gets stuck.

424.977 - 425.197 Host

Wow.

425.317 - 447.895 Host

And then when we go to another corner and it gets stuck again and stops, there's no like an infinity set. We should just be fluid. It all should just flow naturally. And people get these angles going in their body. So when they have trauma, abuse, abandonment, neglect, they get stuck in what I call the rectifier circuit. And it's these conglomerate masses, cellular masses that start heating up.

451.098 - 469.546 Host

And depending on where that trauma is stuck and stored and trapped, it heats up. And then like radiation, it bursts. And then it creates disease in that point, that moment. And then it creates your aura field becomes toxic. So we see somebody that's beautiful that walks in and looks like they're happy. They look very radiant, right?

Chapter 4: How can breathwork aid in overcoming PTSD?

Chapter 5: What role does spirituality play in personal transformation?

546.035 - 558.39 Host

Lots. Yeah, that woman put me through hell. And she went through hell and put me through hell. I just had a conversation with her earlier on the way here. And I was like, you know, you put me through hell in my teenage years and then I paid you back in my 20s.

0

559.332 - 561.174 Host

Because she was an alcoholic and then you became one.

0

561.618 - 584.604 Host

You know, yeah, she was alcoholic. My dad was an alcoholic. Mom was an alcoholic. And, you know, I watched them just terrible relationship, man. I mean, it's like I saw things at five, six, seven years old that you should never see as a kid. You know, I mean, my parents were separated when I was seven years old and my dad came in on a Saturday morning. And I wanted to talk to mom.

0

585.224 - 604.374 Host

Told me and my eight-year-old brother to go in the other room. And the next thing you hear is the screams you never want to hear from your fucking mom. And he didn't lock the door. So we go look. And I have a lot of blacked out memories from childhood. But I can tell you the color of the carpet in the house, the smell in that house. I can tell you what the wallpaper looked like.

0

604.855 - 609.357 Host

And I can tell you that my mom's nightgown was ripped into two pieces. And there's my big burly father sitting

609.817 - 635.179 Host

you know on top of my mom beating and raping the fuck out of her you know and then the screaming starts happening mom's trying to save us get out of the room dad's looking back with this demonic look in his face and you boys get the fuck out of here and then my mom wouldn't stop talking so he looking at us he looked back at her and just crushed her across the face and broke her jaw in front of us and and then he gets off of her with an erection and runs out at us and pushes us out of the room and

635.879 - 647.222 Host

And then I'm on the outside of the door as a seven-year-old banging on the door saying, please, dad, stop. And he goes back and rapes her more. So that is my first experience at visualizing what sex is.

647.602 - 648.502 Host

Crazy.

648.782 - 671.249 Host

So that's a hard wiring that stays with you forever. I mean, I'm 55 years old now, and I've raised my own kids. And I don't have any energy in that story anymore because I've done all the work around that. And my mom, I have permission from my mom to tell that story. So she's a warrior. But my mom, you know, dad was out of the picture immediately. And then she married another alcoholic.

Chapter 6: What insights can we gain from the intersection of ancient practices and modern healing?

1360.063 - 1363.046 Host

Yeah. You kiss on the first date? Do I? Yeah.

0

1363.486 - 1372.875 Host

Yeah. I'm pretty free, you know. You're getting right in there. Well, you know, if it presents itself, if it feels right. I'm not anybody that's disrespectful.

0

1373.055 - 1376.378 Host

Yeah. We were talking in the green room about how you control your sexual energy, too.

0

1376.909 - 1399.175 Host

Yeah, yeah. Well, you know, I've coached a lot of men. I run a lot of men's retreats and talk about porn and the addiction of porn and how hard it is to break. And then conversely, I work with a lot of women during my women's retreats. And one of the biggest complaints is a lot of them just had relationships that have ended because their ex couldn't get rid of his addiction to porn.

0

1399.255 - 1400.916 Host

Really? It's not bad with men, right?

1400.956 - 1418.947 Host

Oh, yeah. No, men, your relationships are ended because of porn. Lots. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah, the men come home and try to, you know, they do it, and they try to get their wives involved in it. And I had one person I worked with, first two years of their marriage, all he wanted to do was have sex while they were watching porn. And then she just cut it off.

1418.967 - 1437.063 Host

She goes, I'm not, this is not who I am. And then so, you know, for like 10 years, they were kind of, they were sexless, you know. He would just go, he chose porn over her, you know. So, you know, it really is that addictive. You know, it really breaks synapses in the brain. And once you see that stuff, it's hard to unsee it.

1437.364 - 1439.726 Host

Have you had someone with breath work be able to get out of that?

1439.906 - 1463.846 Host

Oh, yeah. I've had people heal everything through the breath. I work with a lot of cancer patients. I work with a lot of the veterans. As I told you, their PTSD, their trauma releases. Um, a lot of, um, I had a woman bring a 16 year old into a women's retreat and that was amazing. That 16 year old was hospitalized twice for bulimia. Uh, father had been in prison for 15 over 16 years.

Chapter 8: What are the effects of alcohol on personal trauma?

0

1707.532 - 1709.993 Host

No, and I went and looked it up later on.

0

1710.873 - 1716.155 Host

Yeah, my psychic told me I have some Syrian lineage, so I want to get out to Egypt or nearby areas.

0

1716.435 - 1725.317 Host

I lived in Cyprus for a little while, but it was during COVID, and I was blocked out as an American from going anywhere. I didn't have a fake vaccine card. I'm not a vaccine guy.

0

1725.398 - 1730.199 Host

I didn't get that vaccine, dude. Fuck no, man. I knew right away. I just had an off feeling about it.

1730.569 - 1734.372 Host

Yeah, I was truthing it all over. I got kicked off social media so many damn times.

1734.472 - 1736.014 Host

Oh, yeah. You couldn't talk about it back then.

1736.034 - 1746.662 Host

You couldn't talk about it, and you couldn't talk about 5G. People forget that they were just ghosting everybody. If you brought up anything about 5G back then, the towers, I mean, and those things went up in one year.

1746.902 - 1749.104 Host

They labeled you as crazy if you even talked about it.
