Episode 1: Introduction: Getting To Know Timea

This episode is a little introduction to who I am, my background and what got me here… my dark night of the soul. What’s a dark night of the soul? When you get the real good spiritual smackdown from the Universe because you are on the wrong path and haven’t been listening to the gentler nudges. My dark night was DARK dark. I only share some of it and will interweave the rest throughout the podcast – can’t give away all those juicy stories all at once. Also, don’t want to make it a 10 hour podcast! So, I hope you enjoy listening to my podcast as much as I enjoyed recording it and that you get to learn something new about who I am deep down to my core. I will also touch base on why I called off my wedding in 2016, how I accidentally started a business and how google made me discover Reiki. Just know sometimes the Universe needs to shake things up to get you back on track to feeling heart bursting joy and if you don’t FEEL good in certain areas of your life, there is a better waiting for you around the corner. Joy is your birthright so please don’t ever settle for less.
