This is a hypnosis track infused with binaural beats to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system as you are guided on a visualization hypnosis journey. What is holding you back from living your desired life? What does your desired life look like? In this hypnosis, you will release the fears that are holding you back while aligning with what you desire so you can manifest them with more ease. What is hypnosis? It is not what you may think. It is definitely not what you have seen on TV or on stage. It is NOT mind-control, you will not do anything you morally don’t agree with and you most definitely won’t become a clucking chicken. Hypnosis is simply focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestions. Please note - in some cases you receive clear downloads when you are being asked to reflect and in other cases, the reprogramming occurs without conscious awareness. It is normal to hear all the words of the hypnosis, some of them or none of them. Let go of expectations, be open to being guided, and trust the process. You will receive what you are meant to receive for today’s session. As with all healing modalities, consistency and repetition are key so the more you listen to this, the more powerful results you will see in your life. What are binaural beats? Binaural beats are an auditory illusion caused by listening to two tones of slightly different frequencies. The difference in frequencies creates the illusion of a third sound; a rhythmic beat. Neurons in the brain then begin to send electrical messages at the same rate as the imaginary beat. Binaural beats have been linked to reducing stress and tension, promoting relaxation, and activating the parasympathetic system. How to prep? It is recommended to lie down or have your head supported in a seated position. Consider getting a blanket and eye pillow and being in a space where you will not be interrupted. After the session, take time to journal, reflect and stay hydrated.
