05 Dec 2022

Description

In this episode, we’re discussing a mindset shift and a few tangible strategies to reduce nagging and arguing. Let’s connect on ig: @createdbycheska ——————— Hey! My name is Cheska, I help adhd brains go from feeling unequipped and overwhelmed to capable through self-compassion, perspective shifts, and God’s grace! Whether you have a scattered brain or it’s someone you live with, I’m here to help! This show is full of perspective shifts, hacks, systems, and routines for people of all ages with neurodivergent brains. I was a special education teacher for several years and have also been navigating my own adhd after a late diagnosis in my early twenties. I don’t have it all figured out but I do have tons of tangible, tactile, sustainable strategies that help. We’ll work on letting things be easy, working with our unique strengths, and moving from scattered to simplified. adhd adult, adhd parent, kids with adhd, neurodivergent parents, neurodiversity
