Justin and Pete get to meet Ann Swanson, in her seat, in her stand. The lady that was the driving force behind Graham's vision of the family club by establishing the Junior Hornets in the early 1980's is back at the club - and the club is better off for it. We chat about the old days and the new era for the Junior Hornets, we hear tales about Ian Bolton and Steve Sherwood and the way that the modern football world makes it harder to do now, what was done in the 1980's but there appears to be no lack of trying. We hear that Rob Edwards short reign might have a legacy on match days and how Ann how Ann was introduced to the Aldershot chairman - but the thing that gives Ann the most joy is in trying to get us back to or continue to be "the Family Club". This lady has created such a legacy that it will be difficult to match moving forward but it is great that she is involved in helping Barry, Phil and Chris to try to do just that. COYH!! Also, Pete promises to swear less but nobody believed a word of that! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
