The military museum at Columb Barracks, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, where the guides and curators had an unusual passion for their exhibits. They came from the time of the British, through the War of Independence, the Congo and Chad. The curators were Lt.Col. Arthur Armstrong and Gunner Noel Poynton.
