It has been a tough time for the papers of late with their ultimate demise long forecast and yet they continue to be an integral part of this and any other free and open democracy. It might be easy to forget sometimes but the real beating heart of the newspaper industry is actually found at the local level. So for this week’s Industry Review, Mandy Johnston wanted to chat with three people in the know to find out how things are going for our regional papers.
