Putting food waste to good use with 'MyGug'

For many households around the country, food waste ends up in the brown bin. But for many, the smell can be a bit off-putting, so what options exist to get people to put their food waste to good use? 'MyGug' is an anaerobic digester aimed at small food businesses, restaurants, home kitchens, and schools, that turns food waste into renewable energy and fertilizer. Co-founder Fiona Kelleher joins Emmet Oliver to tell him all about it.
