The problems is as you try to accomplish your big dreams for this year, fear and doubt will creep in. This may leave you feeling like your doomed for failure because you allowed fear to come in despite all the motivational words plastered on your wall. What if the whole idea of being fearless needs to be looked at from a different perspective? Neuroscientist state that fear is an involuntary response that causes us to back away, run, or maybe elect not to do something risky. However, they also note that if you can learn to harness the power of fear, you can become courageous.In this episode of the podcast, I will break down the steps you need to take to harness the power of fear and accomplish your big dreams.
