We aren't shying away from anything in this episode! From content prep to time off and even financial decisions— we are sharing it all. And best yet, this plan doesn't have to be used only for maternity leaves. Feel free to steal this model for extended leaves or sabbaticals of your own.   We really struggled to find maternity leave examples in the world of entrepreneurship, especially business partnerships (that aren't husband and wife).
