Not only will it probably be one of the most expensive purchases in your lifetime, it also has a ton of rules & steps in the procedure you may have never heard of!  Since we are two novices who don’t own any property, we invited on our real estate agent friend, Andre Wang, to break down the home-buying process and share what to look for when selecting a real estate agent & mortgage lender to work with.
