Really, should you even be doing Vipassana meditation?

I started researching why Vipasanna teachers say you have to choose between Reiki and Vipasanna. But the more I researched the more I thought, hmmm, maybe we should be asking ourselves whether Vipasanna is even safe. Discernment and moderation.
