006: Feel In Control Of Your Overwhelm.    POINT 1: Stop what you’re doing and feel the overwhelm.  Being stuck in overwhelm doesn't serve you. You spin and use your precious energy on being stuck. So stop what you’re doing and use that energy to focus on what you DO want.    POINT 2: Write it all out. Brain dump.  Dump it all out of your brain. Get rid of it. Everything. Pen to paper or write it on a note app on your phone.      POINT 3: Top 3 priorities.  No more than 3 things in the next 12 hours that will make the greatest impact on what you want to accomplish.      QUESTION OF THE DAY:  What are you doing to manage your energy everyday?    CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:    Change your overwhelm habits.  Stop what you’re doing and feel it fully.  Do a brain dump.  Choose your top 3 action steps and DO THEM!     QUOTE OF THE DAY:: “ Overwhelm is a sign things are out of alignment.
