#172: Chris Seipel | The Mental Health Mentor

Today I have the pleasure of sharing Chris Seipel and his story. Over the past six years, Chris has faced the biggest battle of his life with debilitating anxiety. Throughout that time, he has had many many people contact him to ask advice or simply talk to him about what they are going through.  The daily anxiety that Chris has faced has crippled him. Chris has spent his life savings, trying to find a way out. Medication, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, expensive retreats, hospital stays. Every day has been a battle of survival, and it has nearly cost him his life with suicide, always there as a close companion. Only those who have experienced prolonged deep pain can genuinely understand others facing similar battles. That empathy can't be learnt in a textbook. In what can only be described as one of the most open and honest podcast chats I have had to date, Chris shares it all.
