#293: Daniela Falecki | Move from Exhausted to Energised

Labelled as the 'Keep-it-real Teacher' because she is passionate, energetic, inspiring, funny, and most importantly, realistic, Daniela Falecki has a Master's in Education (Leadership) from Western Sydney University. She is also a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner.In teacher education, Daniela never got taught social and emotional skills. She was taught how to plan and write curriculum, assess reports, and teach well-being to students but never learned the skills of positive reflection or self-awareness to better regulate her own emotions. Through her self-learning, she began to focus on the areas of her life she could control—herself. The greatest gift Daniela has been able to give herself is listening to her body, managing her mind better, and engaging with her feelings in a healthy way. It wasn’t about removing the stress and pressure in her life as a teacher. It was about learning the social and emotional skills needed to manage the ups and downs better.Daniela now dedicates her time and energy to helping teachers across the world realise they are amazing and doing an incredible job.
