#85: Proud as punch

Thursday thought time once again. Today while listening to this short episode I want to challenge you. When was the last time that you told someone you were proud of them? This could be face to face, through a letter, email or message. It is a simple act of kindness that will take less than 30 seconds right now.  Today's challenge is quite simple. Pick one or two people and write them a text message with nothing besides, 'I am proud of you because.....  This simple act of kindness will do a number of things. Firstly it will make the person who receives the message smile and feel happy. It will also make you feel happier as well, as you have done something extraordinarily nice for someone in your life. There are a number of other side effects that will be created as a result of this simple experiment.
