84 I MATT VINCENT - Not Dead Yet

Today we’ve got on Matt Vincent.  Matt is a 2 time Highland Games World Champion, world traveler, founder of the brand Not Dead Yet, runs the UMSO podcast, and is an all around awesome dude. I’ve been following Matt’s journey for a few years now, and really appreciate his approach to life.  Matt is not a Dad, and he’ll be the first to tell you that he doesn’t want to be one, but I think that we can gain a ton of valuable insight from some of Matt’s philosophies around life. Matt lost his Dad suddenly to cancer, and it has played a major role in how he has shaped his life. From that experience, Matt has vowed to live his life on his terms, understanding how precious it actually is and how none of us are getting out alive. I just absolutely love the clarity around life that Matt has and his attitude is infectious and inspires others to go out and live their dreams.
